These Terms & Conditions govern your use of llccomparison.com (the “site”), operated by LLC Comparison (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. What this site is
LLC Comparison is an independent editorial publication. It reviews and compares LLC formation services and publishes guides. It is for general information only.
We are not a law firm, accounting firm or registered agent. Nothing on the site is legal, tax or financial advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client or any other professional relationship. Speak to a licensed attorney or CPA about your own situation.
3. Affiliate links and third-party providers
We earn a commission when you buy through some links on the site. This is explained in our funding disclosure. Commissions do not affect our scores, as set out in our methodology.
When you buy from a provider, your contract is with that provider, not with us. Their prices, features, refunds and terms are theirs to set and change, and we are not responsible for their services, their conduct or any dispute with them.
4. Accuracy of content
We aim to publish accurate, sourced information. State fees, filing times and provider prices change often, and some information may be out of date or contain errors. Confirm the current figure with the state or the provider before you pay or file.
Scores and rankings are our editorial opinion, produced by the methodology described on the site. They are not a guarantee that a provider is right for you.
5. Using the site
You may use the site for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to:
- copy, scrape or republish substantial parts of the site, or use it to build a competing database, without our written permission;
- interfere with the site’s operation or security, or try to gain unauthorised access to it;
- use the site, or our email address, to send spam, unlawful content or anything misleading; or
- misrepresent your connection to us or to any provider.
6. Intellectual property
The content on the site, including text, scores, tables, layout and the LLC Comparison name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Provider names and logos belong to their owners.
You may quote short extracts with a clear link back to the source page. Any other use needs our written permission.
7. Links to other sites
The site links to websites we do not control. A link is not an endorsement of the content, and we are not responsible for what you find there.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or that the site will be free of errors or interruptions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the site or from a decision you make based on it, including any purchase from a provider.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the operator of this site is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is to be brought in the courts of that state.
