Report an error
Use the subject “Error”. Include the page address, the figure you think is wrong and where you saw a different one, ideally a link to the state or provider page.

Suggest a provider
Use the subject “Provider”. Include the company name and the link to its pricing page. Every provider is scored by the same methodology.

Ask about a review
Use the subject “Question”. Include the title of the review and what is unclear or missing.

Provider updates
If you represent a provider and a price or term has changed, send the change with a link to the source page. We re-price the standard order and revise the score. Updates cannot buy placement.
3. After you write
What happens to your message

We read it
Every message is read by the editorial team. We do not use auto-replies to pretend a message has been dealt with.

We check it against the source
An error report is compared with the state filing office or the provider’s own page, not with another review site.

We correct it and say so
If you were right, we fix the page. When the fix changes a score or a ranking, we note that on the page.
